Hey Blogmates…long time yaar!! As usual…yours truly takes the blame for this
long long long hiatus! I take complete responsibility and accept any punishment
for this crime… Anyways, you know what? I have been living in a hostel for the
past 3 days and am simply loving the experience!!! I never thought it would be
so much fun!!! But it is… *touches wood*… and I hope it continues like this for
the next few days. Anyways, I have highlighted some of the many many many experiences
that have made this experience worth writing about, and so here they go!!!
1.)
No worry about the clothes to wear…just get into
anything (and anywhere in front of anyone of the same sex.)
2.)
Rejoice when you see that today lunch includes a
special Chinese menu (in the most unhyginicaly prepared manner) as opposed to
the usual soggy rotis and dilute dals…
3.)
Lying on your friend’s bed forever even though
he frustatedly has been banging the door of his own room for the past one hour.
4.)
Living in a universe of people of only your age
group (with some adult aliens here and there.)
5.)
Consoling each other and sorting out one another’s
worries to the best of your capabilities.
6.)
Cracking jokes and talking non sense till
eternity.
7.)
Nicknaming people (examples include Depression, Angels
& Demons, CS i.e Chain Smoker etc.)
8.)
Deciding where to go- CCD, Dominoes, Subway or
Dosa Plaza.
9.)
Completing each other’s homework.
10.) Missing
Home.
